Post-processed two-part large-format print before painting — demonstrating our multi-part manufacturing expertise.
This large-format component was printed in two segments and then precisely joined together. The images show the condition after surface treatment, shortly before final painting. The seam between the two parts is already barely visible after filling and sanding — a testament to the quality of our multi-part manufacturing technique.
The workflow encompasses segmented printing, precision bonding, filling, multiple rounds of sanding and finally professional painting. This is how we create homogeneous surfaces even for oversized parts that meet the highest aesthetic standards.
