Not every project starts with a finished 3D model — and that is exactly where our CAD & Engineering service comes in. Our experienced design team supports you in developing new products, optimising existing designs and converting physical objects into digital CAD models. In doing so, we combine classical design expertise with deep knowledge of the requirements and possibilities of additive manufacturing processes.

A key focus of our work is housing development: from the initial sketch through 3D design to the manufacturing-optimised model, we accompany the entire development process. We consider the chosen printing process, material properties, wall thicknesses and tolerances from the very beginning — creating a design that not only looks good but can also be reliably and economically produced.

Surface Reconstruction — From Scan to CAD Model

Our surface reconstruction capability is particularly powerful: from the raw data of a 3D scan, we create parametric CAD models that are fully editable and modifiable. This process is essential for reverse engineering — when original drawings are missing or an existing component needs to be further developed. The combination of 3D scanning and surface reconstruction provides a seamless workflow from physical reality to digital twin.
