XXL Screwdriver
Two-metre screwdriver as a trade fair exhibit — realised using large-format FDM printing with professional post-processing.
For a tool manufacturer, we created this impressive two-metre screwdriver as an eye-catcher for their trade fair booth. The exhibit was printed in several segments using large-format FDM and then seamlessly joined together. After careful surface treatment and professional painting in the company colours, the result was a photorealistic oversized model that attracted all eyes at the trade fair.
This project demonstrates the strengths of our XXL 3D printing: intelligent segmentation, precise fitting of individual parts and post-processing that completely conceals the 3D-printed origin. The screwdriver has since served as a permanent exhibition piece and brand ambassador.
